2 hours of Frontal Lecture: Discussions will cover topics such as altitude-related illnesses, wilderness first aid, acclimatization strategies, nutrition and hydration at high altitudes, and essential gear selection.

Afternoon Session

2 hours of Case Problem Discussion: Apply your knowledge to real-life scenarios and learn how to make critical decisions in challenging mountain environments. Collaborate with fellow participants and our experienced instructors to solve complex medical and logistical problems.

Evening Session

4 hours of Physical Evaluation: Undergo a comprehensive physical assessment conducted by our certified medical professionals. Evaluate your fitness levels, discuss individual strengths and weaknesses, and receive personalized advice to optimize your performance in the mountains.
